Stuck on the Apple Account login screen on iPhone
i cant move pass this screen. I cant even shutdown my phone.

Depending on your Wi-Fi connection the iCloud setup may take a while. Make sure that the iPhone is being charged at the same time and that no VPN or Firewall blocks the contact to Apple Servers.
If still no luck, try a force restart.
