Replaced Apple Pencil tip is not working on iPad
So basically my pen tip broke and I replaced and now it won’t even it’s connecting but the tip isn’t even working

As described, the transducer element (that sits immediately under the replaceable tip) may have suffered damage. If the Pencil has been dropped onto its tip - or has suffered excessive lateral force to the tip - the transducer is very likely to have been broken.
If the metal transducer element is intact and undamaged, ensure that the replacement is screwed snugly into position; you should see a tiny gap, of about the thickness of a sheet of paper, between the tip and pencil body.
If replacing the pencil tip does not resolve this issue, or the tip is not correctly positioned in relation to the pencil body when fitted, then your Pencil is likely to have suffered irreparable damage.
Other than the replaceable pencil tip, an Apple Pencil has no serviceable parts; if damaged, the Pencil cannot be repaired - only replaced.
