Subject: Iphone 13. After a recent 18.2 update WIFi no longer functioned along with constant blackouts and restarts. I did the 18.3 update. The Wifi connectivity returned for about one hour then the blackouts returned along with WIFI no longer working. No, my phone was not jail broken. When will Apple listen and fix this.

Basic troubleshooting
Restart, Reset, Restore from backup and Restore as NEW.
I have no such issues and never have.
This is a user to user support forum, Apple is not here.
Have you contacted Apple support for help with your issues?
If not, Apple has no idea that you are having problems.
18.3 update does not fix WIFI connectivity nor solve the constant blackout crashes.
