Touch sensitivity issue on iPhone 16 Pro Max

I have been facing touch screen sensitivity issue on my iPhone 16 Pro Max since day 1 specially while typing like missing out characters repeatedly such as “Space Bar”, “N”, “Back Space/Delete”. Also feels laggy while scrolling up/down in Instagram, Facebook, etc.

Currently running on ios 18.3 but there has not been any improvement.

I was using iphone 13 Pro Max before using this 16 Pro Max and It was far better in terms of screen sensitivity.

Guys, do you have any ideas or hope that such issues will be resolved in future with iOS update or do I need to raise a claim to Apple Supports. But main problem is there is no Authorised Service Centre in Manipur. To visit an Authorised Service centre I have to go to Kolkata or Guwahati which is not an easy thing.
