Certain signs do not work after signing out of media and purchases

Some songs weren’t showing lyrics when I played them (they were the day before) so I signed out in the Media and Purchases section of settings and signed back in. When I went back to Apple Music, a bunch of songs said “This song is not allowed in your country or region” and the titles were grayed out. When searching for the songs or looking on the artist page, the songs were still able to be played. One thing I noticed was it was only songs from one particular artist and only the ones I had downloaded to my phone previously

"When I try to add the songs from the albums or the artist page that I am able to listen to, I can’t listen to them on the playlists for some reason. The only songs that work are the ones that were never in the playlist or the ones that were collaborations"

Contact Apple Support:

If purchases are inaccessible in any manor, then there is either an error with your account, or the item has been removed from the iTunes Store. Just know that when you get the message: "This item is not currently available in your country or region." that means Apple and the Music Studio do not have licensing available to play it.

While on the phone with Apple, screenshare your screen with them, that way they can see this firsthand from YOUR perspective.

Q1. "Some songs weren’t showing lyrics when I played them (they were the day before) so I signed out in the Media and Purchases section of settings and signed back in."

A1. Thank you for the screenshot. Sometimes, Itmes are removed from the iTunes Store, and they never become accessible again. This all has to do with licensing between Apple and the Music Studio. So, having removed these downloads, they are no longer accessible.

Q2. "One thing I noticed was it was only songs from one particular artist and only the ones I had downloaded to my phone previously"

A2. Thank you for the screenshot. An artist is an artist, and it is assigned to the song. So, it is apparently the same song, but by a different artist. Sounds strange, but it is an entirely different file. So, while one may be accessible, the outer one may not, all because it is a completely different item.

"what I'm trying to say is they should not be this way as this problem is only happening for me for some reason"

What the Occurrence for you?

I have issues come about and one major one to point out is that I was downloading it, and the transformer blew down the street. As a result the purchased item was unplayable. So, I contacted Apple Support, and they fixed the purchase. No one's singling you out --it's your computer doing this --not a person. So, give Apple a buzz and get this figured out --that's the way to go above this. See my previous reply of this info.
