Lately, whenever I connect to a virtual meeting on my work's platform, I can hear my colleagues, but they can't hear me. My settings are correct and my hardware is working, so I don't understand the problem. Please help!

Things to try checking:

Settings -> Sound -> Output & Input -> Input
Check Input Volume Level
See if talking shows up on the input level meter for the selected audio input/microphone.
open Voice Memos from Applications and try recording audio.

Can you tell us what software your company uses for virtual Meetings? Is it Zoom, Teams, Skype, etc.?
In a stand alone app, or in web Browser? If web browser, which web browser(Safari, FireFox, etc.)?
It's a platform called OWL which I access through the app on my phone and desktop. I wanted to test to see if it was only OWL having the issue so I asked a colleague to FaceTime me, but the same problem occurred; she could see me, but not hear me. Mystifying and frustrating.
