What causes Error 403 when accessing bank websites in Safari on MacBook Pro??

I used to access my bank becu.org through Firefox browser on PC. Now I still can access the site through Firefox on Mac without any problems. However Safari sometimes gives Error 403 - Forbidden for accessing the site but not always. What makes Safari act that way and how to fix the problem please?
