Apple ID show only initial of first name in sharing

Hi,

I have a Family Group with two AppleIDs.

Person 1 is Organizer of the Family Group. (That's me)

Person 2 is an Adult in the Family Group. (That's my wife)

Problem:

• Person 1 is shown in different apps on person 2 devices not with the full name (LASTNAME FIRSTNAME) but instead shown as "LASTNAME F"
• Person 2 is shown in different apps on person 1 devices with the full name (LASTNAME FIRSTNAME)
• We would like that on all persons devices the others are always shown with LASTNAME FIRSTNAME (for sure not all capital letters, I'm just replacing here the real names)

Some examples of the problem:

On devices of person 2 information about person 1 are shown as follows:

• Find My: Shared Object says "Shared with LASTNAME F" (instead of LASTNAME FIRSTNAME)
• Contact card on the home screen: "LASTNAME F"
• People detected in Apple Photos: "LASTNAME F"

If I go to Settings > Family: Is shows both members with FIRSTNAME

In my and my wife's Apple ID settings the last name is the full last name and the first name is the full first name.

We see that across iPhone, iPad, Mac and AppleTV.

Any ideas why I'm (Person 1) always appearing with "LASTNAME F" instead of "LASTNAME FIRSTNAME" on my wife's (Person 2) devices?
