why am i being billed about 12:00 a month. For what I don’t use iCloud it just takes over my phone. I don’t use their email so can you tell me why I’m being charged. First it was 1.00 then on its on now it’s more

We are all Apple users, like yourself, in the community. No-one here has access to your accounts or details.
We also have no way of checking if the billing is from Apple or some sort of scam pretending to be Apple.
Suggest you use the "Get support - start now" link at the bottom of the webpage below ( ie:online chat / phone / email etc) to sort out the situation with the Apple Support Billing Team:
