Unauthorized Apple Arcade charge on bank account
I never bought apple arcade and didint even downloaded anything in awhile but deducted money from bank account

How do you know its for Apple Arcade specifically?
Apple chargers don't specify what they are for in your payment method's Statement. They should just say "apple.com/bill".
If you have not actually identified the charge, and are just assuming its for Apple Arcade, follow the steps in the support document linked below to identify the charge.
