No subscriptions will be renewed. That is what was expected and also included in the link posted by Katana-San. Things may change if China complies in the law passed by Congress to divest to a US company, but so far that has not happened and no guarantee it will.
You will not be able to get the app back due to the fines placed on Google and Apple if they allowed any downloads of the app. This is Apple simply following that has been passed by Congress and upheld by the Supreme Court. No subscriptions will be renewed and any previous purchased items on the app will be lost when it has been removed.
If you did not remove the app yourself, then it is likely you turned on Optimized Storage. That is a feature that is off by default, but when turned on, it will remove apps when the storage space becomes constrained on your device. That is something you told your phone to do that helps prevent your device from running out of space.
