How do I reset my iCloud account password?
Trying to download apps on my new phone but it’s asking for the password for an iCloud account I no longer have access to or use

Your Apple Account is the one account for everything Apple (ID and password included):
You may want to check you are signed in to your new iPhone with the correct account details:
Sign in to your Apple Account - Apple Support
Below are a few suggestions ... any of which may help:
(1) The password for iCloud is generally your Apple ID and Apple ID password ... (If you didn't change them for the new phone you may have used them to log in here to the community, and have them in use in Messages and FaceTime.)

(2) You could log-in to your Apple Account online, and check or change any details to bring all up-to-date.

(3) You may be simply able to change your password requirements for the App Store for the apps download:
