Setting up Apple Watch Series 10 with existing iPhone
I was given this S10 as a gift, it has cell, what I want to know an I able to use it with my existing phone?

Congrats on the watch, you will surely enjoy it. To start, connect the watch to it's included charger, and a prompt will appear on the iPhone when it's unlocked, if not go to the "Watch" app which is pre-installed on your iPhone, then follow the prompts in the app to setup the watch.
