I installed some effects include mLut, but I can't find installed effects on Final Cut Pro.
My FCP version is 11.0 and I tried below steps but still can not find them.
I try to make category folder on effects folder but it only shows folder name on it and not show any effects.

You have selected both 4K and HDR, effectively restricting your effects browser to showing only those effects that are marked as both.
Clear these two, and you should see everything again!

Please show a screenshot from Finder in Column View showing the full hierarchy from Movies down to the moef file.
Did you “localize” both the Motion Templates folder, and tge Effects folder? You must. Press Command I to open the Info window and edit the names do that they are
Motion Templates.localized
Effects.localized
Do Not localize either the category folders or the folders for each individual effect.
Have you restarted FCP?

Also I checked that motion templates folder and effects folders are localized and category folders are not.
Yes I do, I do restart FCP and also update the software of Mac OS, restart PC still, they are not shown :(

I already did delete and reinstall, but still I can't find anywhere.
Even I install new effects, I can't find it. I only can see the category folders on Final Cut.
