Blade runner final cut no dutch subtitles in Belgium
Blade runner final cut - does has dutch subtitles for viewers in the Netherlands, but not in Belgium where the majority are even so dutch speaking viewers (flemish), how comes?

That is up to the studios / rights holders. They provide their content and its subtitles and decide which subtitles are available where.
Apple has no say in the matter.
Contact WB and ask them why Dutch subtitles are not available in Belgium for it.
