How do I remove icons from phone app?

Since updating to iOS 18.3 the icons are cutting off details in my phone app.

I've figured out how to remove the icons from the mail app (disabling show Show Contact Photos)—but can't find anything in the Phone app settings to do so there.

HELP please!
