There is no way to block all numbers from a certain area code on iPhone.
If you are getting lots of spam, you may want to turn on Silence Unknown Callers, so you don’t get calls from unknown people. You can do so in Settings > Apps > Phone > Silence Unknown Callers and turn on.
I have a new iphone fifteen when I call my wife my caller ID doesn’t show. How do I change that setting? Thanks!
