Trying to log in to Google account. First enter Gmail address. Then a QR appears on the screen and asks me to scan the QR code with a compatible iPhone device us iOS 16. If this QR code appears on my screen of my iPhone how do I scan that screen? What’s the trick of scanning your iPhone screen? What am I missing? K****@yahoo.com I can open but not Gmail.com

How to Scan a QR Code:
QR codes are scanned using the Camera app.
There’s usually a yellow box at the bottom of the camera image of the QR code that can be tapped.
But in whatever other app you’re using to scan the code, check with the app maintainers.
Here’s a sample (harmless) code for you to scan with the camera app:

On a computer screen that you are trying to sign into?
