Refund request for in-game purchase from App Store

I got scared when I got a notification for a purchase I made on one of my apps from apple and I hastily tried to get a refund thinking I had not purchased it, then I realized it was the wrong product and that I did indeed purchase it (it was an in-game purchase I had already used) and I can't cancel the request or get in contact with support.

I'm terrified I will get banned because it'll be seen as fraud and I have no idea what to do. I just want to explain it was unintentional and I wasn't paying close enough attention so I can cancel the refund request.
