I am dealing with a company requesting the replacement of defective glasses frames. They requested photos in pdf format.
How do I convert my iPhone photos to pdf format?

Move the photos to the Files app (long-press the photo, tap Share and tap Save to Files). Then, open Files, long-press the photo, tap Quick Actions and choose Create PDF.
