I want All the Standard keys on the virtual keyboard. Is there an alternate keyboard with all the keys that are on the typical Apple keyboard like is used on the Mac?

To accurately move the on-screen cursor, touch-and-hold the spacebar of the on-screen keyboard; the entire on-screen keyboard will turn grey. Without lifting your finger from the screen, while watching the cursor, simply slide your finger. 

While the keyboard remains grey, it has been transformed into a trackpad - with which to freely move the cursor. When the cursor is placed as required, lift your finger from the screen.

You need to search for alternative keyboards in the app store to see if there is one that meets your needs. I've never heard of one that has those keys, so it may not be provided for in that part of iOS.
