Why is my Apple Pencil Pro battery draining so fast?
I have bought a new Apple Pencil pro and its battery keeps depleting from 70 to 0 percentage in matter of 7-8 mins

As described, your Pencil may have a defective battery. A healthy Pencil battery should not rapidly discharge at the rate that you suggest.
Consider returning the recently purchased Pencil to your retailer for replacement.
