How can I unlock my Apple Watch Series 5 activation lock in my iPhone,please give me some information

you go to iPhone, Settings, [tap your name], then find the watch in the list of devices at the bottom, tap on it then remove it from your account.
If it isn't there then either it isn't locked, or it isn't your watch and you are stuck
