Why does Apple News+ showing content that I have blocked?

why does Apple News show content I have blocked basically giving me a blank screen Of items I could of read, the experience is terrible

Can’t open Apple News I can no longer access the Apple News app, and receive notification that I have to turn restrictions off. I have made sure that I do not have any restrictions lister under Screen time/Content and privacy restrictions, but still continue to receive the same message when trying to access Apple News. Apple News Restriction Greetings, I've been having an issue to open Apple News on my iPhone XS. I continue to get "Restrictions Enabled: Certain Apps, features, or services can't be seen or used when Restrictions are on. To use this app turn Restrictions off." I've followed every possible step by step to resolve this issue but no luck what so ever. I'm on OS 15.6.1 if there is an updated method solve this issue, i would be greatly appreciative.
