How do I cancel a UPI mandate after subscription?

my UPI mandate deducted money automatically from my account. I don’t have any active subscriptions and cancelled the subscription.Still there is no renewal but the money has been deducted. I tried to request a refund but the payment is not showing up in the request refund page. Help me with this
