Adjusting incline on Apple Watch Fitness app for indoor walks

How do I alter the incline on my fitness app? When I record my indoor walk the treadmill has different data to that on my Apple Watch as I walk in an incline.

Treadmill calibration I did this exercise today running on a treadmill. I run 5.7km but my Apple Watch ultra recorded 5km. In Garmin watches you can edit indoor trainings after saving it. I didn’t find a similar functionality within apple. Is it possible? If not it is worth adding it as indoor tracking in the watch vs the actual treadmill tends to differ

Apple watch indoor walk tracking way off Apple, Can we finally get an update that allows us to adjust indoor walking distance? Or can the calibration be fixed if not? I've followed the steps to recalibrate on the watch several times, it's no help. In fact, after the last one a few weeks ago it's actually gotten worse than before. It's never consistant other than it's always way under what it should be. Anywhere between .7 - .15 off randomly. I walk the same 30 min on the treadmill in the morning everyday, yet everyday my watch is different. After several years of people coming to you with this issue you'd think it would be fixed or you put an adjustment ability in there.

Is it possible to edit an Apple Watch distance on an Indoor Run that is recorded inaccurately? is it possible to assist apple/my watch calibration by editing the distance after I finish an Indoor Run workout. The Indoor Runs that I record on my Apple Watch are often .5-1 mile shorter in distance than what I record on a treadmill over a 45 minute period. Garmin watches allow you to edit the distance on an indoor run/row/elliptical to assist Garmin to better calibrate and understand how far you travel given certain heat rates/ arm swings over time. If this is not a feature, it should be.

There is no setting for incline.

Your watch will calculate your move goal with your heart rate.

Hi it doesn’t. It doesn’t sync up. The calories burnt on the treadmill are twice that of the Apple Watch.
