Uber drive and CarPlay no voice

I have a 2021 Ford Escape with Sync 3. I connect my iPhone using a USB cable. I have Waze and Uber drive on my phone. If Use Waze i get my turn by turn though my speakers. If I switch to uber drive I loose my voice navigation. If I switch back to Waze, I will hear uber drive and Waze in my speakers. Can I stop Waze from running when I want to use Uber drive to do deliveries?

Apple CarPlay has no sound for Apple Maps, Google Maps and Cell Phone calls. Music ausio is fine My phones used with the car stereo/Apple CarPlay are both iPhone 13's with IOS V16.6. My car stereo is a Boss BE7ACP and I am connected via a USB cable. I have verified the cable is good. In the Boss settings I have defined the default volume levels of music, navigation and phone call audio. I set it at 30 for all three. I have verified in the navigation apps that nothing is muted and sound is enabled. I have done that in the app on my phone and in the app while using Apple CarPlay. I get music audio using Spotify and SiriusXM. When using navigation it dims the music audio to give directions but there is no audio of directions. When making a cell phone call or reviewing a text message, it stops the music audio but there is no cell phone audio of either spoken word or reading of a text message. I have browsed the questions in the Community but have not found a solution that helps me. Does anyone have any thoughts/solutions on this?

Audio output changes after phone call using Apple Maps in my vehicle, I have the sound (map instructions) coming thru the vehicle speakers. if I get a phone call, that also is coming in through the vehicle speakers. all good to this point. now I hang up and the sound that was originally coming through the car speakers from maps is now directed to my hearing aid. how do I stop this from happening. I want it to keep coming through the car speakers as I originally had it.

Navigation voice for maps through car play too loud I have a Nissan Rogue and when I plug in my iPhone 14, maps opens through car play when I start a route the navigation voice is way too loud Don’t know how to lower the volume ! Please help!
