Apple will always sell you a new phone, so that is not an issue. You can check if your current phone has any trade-in value, but since your tagline shows an iPhone 8, that would be very little, if anything.
It is the cell providers that offer the deep discounts on new phones, because they lock you into using their service, usually at a plan that costs more, for a certain amount of time. They are getting the money back by you paying the monthly fees. Apple does not offer those deals because they are not a cell provider and you do not pay them to use the phone after purchase.
