allow family member to Find My Phone is misplaced
i am deaf & only have a iphone at this time. need for my brother to “find my phone”

Your brother should open Find My, then tap Me, then Help a Friend. Then you can sign in with your Apple ID.
If you have previously shared your location with your brother they should be able to see your iPhone if it is online.
Another option is to log in to https://icloud.com/find using your Apple ID and you can track your phone from there.
