Why am I unable to place my Whole Foods order from Amazon using my iPad?

I’ve been trying to finish my Whole Foods order through Amazon and keep getting sent back to substitutions. Have cleared history, disabled extensions and tried other browsers. Anyone else have this issue and was able to resolve it? Thank you!
