iPhone 16 Max Pro - Not receiving calls on my e-Sim number

Dear Apple Community,

I have checked do not disturb and all other "Focus" settings and none of these are active currently and yet I am not receiving any calls.

I can make calls, send and receive texts just not receive any phone calls.

The e-Sim that is not receiving calls is my business number and I have another sim that is my personal number and it is a physical one.

I have contacted my service provider and there is no block / bar on my phone nor any issues at their end. Their comment was must be the Sim (try it in another phone) not really practical considering it is an e-Sim! Or it is an issue with the phone but I only bought the phone 2 months ago and it is working fine with the physical sim number (different network provider).

Any help greatly appreciated.
