My Apple keyboard isn’t connecting/working through Bluetooth and I don’t have a cable to connect directly to the Mac.
I can’t input my password on the Lock Screen and have no apple menu to open the internal keyboard (to use with the mouse)
So I’m basically not able to get into my iMac
Can anyone help?

You need to get an inexpensive USB keyboard so you can log in and connect the Apple Keyboard in the Bluetooth settings.
Your tag line indicates you may have an iPhone 12.
The cable that came with that can be use to connect an Apple Magic Keyboard to the iMac.
Otherwise, @dialabrain is correct and you should get a USB keyboard and mouse set and keep it in a drawer for situations like this. Just in case.
No it doesn’t unfortunately as it’s a USB C connection in the iMac and not a normal usb
