First, we don't need your age. This site, unlike your local bar, works for all ages.

I'm not really sure what you mean by "full screen." Here's a screenshot of the image

on my phone's screen as I was about to take a picture in the cafe I'm having breakfast in. There are two screen view settings controlled by that " > " arrow thing on the left. If you tap that you get different settings for lens size and for choices of video or portrait or those kind of things.

This is the fullest screen I can get, but it's hardly full screen. There's space on the left of the picture used for settings, and there's a space on the right for that bar thing. This picture is set to an Aspect Ratio of 16:9, which is the same as most TV screens. The width is greater than the height--in fact the width is 16/9 the size of the height.

You can change this aspect ratio by tapping on it. You can have 16:16 (called 1:1 or square) where the width and height are the same. Or you can choose 16:12 (called 4:3) which is a common picture print ratio. (Actually, all pictures on the phone are taken 16:12 or 4:3. To get 16:9, they just cut off the top and bottom for you. In fact, in Edit mode, you can revert a 16:9 picture to the original 4:3, adding back the cut off parts. You can always go back to the original image.)

If you change these settings, they will automatically reset for the next time. You can keep the settings from changing back every time by going to Settings>Camera>Preserve Settings>Creative Controls.

In Photos, in Edit Mode, you can change the Aspect Ratio to whatever you like, by cropping-- cutting off parts. And, of course, you can change brightness and contrast and other stuff, as you can see here:

When you share a picture from Photos with email or text, etc, by using copy & paste, or by using the Share menu, the picture is shared the way you left it in Photos. If you took the picture in 16:9, and you didn't change it, then it will be emailed in 16.9. But no matter, the original is always there if you change your mind.

I'm not sure if this really addressed you question-- let us know…
