The zoom lens is damaged likely from being dropped by my toddler on more than one occasion. The camera freezes/screen goes black and/or glitches with purple pixxles. Could this be an internal hardware issue or just needs a camera replacement?
I have closed/restarted the app multiple times, updated my phone and restarted my phone more than once.

FYI A camera replacement IS an “internal hardware issue”.
