Missing Backblaze app file during setup on macOS 10.15.7

Running OS 10.15.7 on 2017 iMac. Downloaded Backblaze for personal computer (not B2). Backblaze starts analyzing drive and starts uploading files, appears on desktop menu bar etc. Now it asks me to grant permissions. Now I discover there is NO Backblaze app file in the App folder to drag into Security & Privacy pane and it's not to be seen in Full Disk Access. Backblaze app icon not found anywhere on the Mac. Did restarts, uninstall and reinstall following instructions from Backblaze help with same result. Backblaze help is stumpted so far. Ideas? Thank you.
