Problems with Voiceover Siri as locked my SimCard I can’t unlock my IPhone 16 Pro Max, I put the password numbers in correctly but they don’t show up in the top bar

If VoiceOver is on, you must tap twice anywhere you would tap once, so to enter your passcode tap each digit twice. The instructions for Voiceover are just below the switch you used to turn it on.
You can also say “Hey Siri, turn off voiceover"
And do you really mean your SIM card is locked? That would be very unusual for an eSIM.
