18.3 update issues on my 14 pro max

I get a connection issue with opening the Apple Store. I want to update apps. Some apps unable to open. I receive a “update app”.. or a ⚙️ … I’ve never had that happen before.

Also is sometimes slow to connect with WiFi on…or switches back and forth. So I switch it to cellular data and it does well.

Having to reset passwords.
