App Store is not connection

What can I do if the App Store is constantly loading and says can't connect, considering all the troubleshooting options on the support site aren't working?

Here are a variety of resources helping with connectivity issues:

Choose your macOS version at the top.

Try resetting only network settings (again, be careful what you reset here!):

Remove the VPN entirely, don't just turn off.

This person ( https://discussions.apple.com/thread/256237834 ) found that resetting their iPhone to factory settings allowed access, but that is a pretty extreme solution.
