iOS 18.3 TikTok opens over and over

I recently updated to iOS 13.3. I have noticed on 4 or 5 occasions now a really weird issue that I had never seen prior. Essentially, clicking a link within messages that takes you to the TikTok app work as expected. But for some reason after watching the TikTok video if I switch back to Messages app then the phone gets in this loop of relaunching TikTok over and over again. It happens faster than you can swipe closed apps and if you can it just keeps reopening TikTok. Sometimes I can swipe closed messages and TikTok and that doesn’t always seem to help, you’re basically in this weird loop for about 30 seconds or so until it finally stops and it’s very frustrating. Like, throw your phone frustrating (I haven’t actually thrown my phone).
