iPhone goes into SOS mode despite internet connection

My iPhone continually goes into SOS mode even when there is plenty of internet connection available. Have tried on different servers. Same problem. Turning phone completely off then on sometimes helps but not consistently.

See this for troubleshooting, If you see SOS, No Service, or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Also, SOS means you are not getting cellular service. You need to contact your carrier as you were already told. Your carrier needs to deal with your cellular problems.

Phone shows SOS mode when using my two servers - Nighthawk Pro with Telstra and home wifi with Woolworths Telstra mobile plan. Also shows SOS when I’m not using my server at home, such as out shopping. I’ve turned the mobile completely off multiple times. Sometimes I can get a connection but not always. I care for a toddler and not being able to receive and make calls and texts is concerning.
