Apple Pay error on iPhone 14 Pro with iOS 18.3

Apple pay stop or fails to complete transactions.

last Successful Apple Pay was on Jan 23, 2025.

On January 27 it failed. On the website, upon clicking on Apple Pay button, the bottom of the Safari browser shows my name, address, indicates processing but never get the request to double click the power button, there is no facial recognition icon step.

I have tried multiple times, added and removed credit cards, confirm correct entries, try again a day later, tried a different merchant.

It was working everytime including last transaction 1/23, but fails every time since 1/27 including tonight.
