Why I’m I being charged for something I didn’t purchase or subscribe to

I keep getting charged by apple for random amount on random days for something that shows up on my bank statement but not my apple wallet or purchase. There has been several charges for something called apple com one apple par and its say something about internet and cable. I have not subscribed to anything like that with apple. I want to know how to get a refund for the charges or at least make them stop

That does not look like an Apple charge to me either. You can confirm whether they were Apple charges made from your account here:

View your purchase history for the App Store and other Apple media services - Apple Support

If you do not see it there, it may indicate that your card has been compromised. This happens frequently when used at a retail terminal where a scammer installed a skimmer/shimmer to read your card details. In that case, you will want to contact your bank and report those charges.

I would also use the link provided by Ingo2711 to contact Apple directly for verification.

To me, this dos not look like an official Apple bill for subscriptions.

You should contact the official Apple Support about this, only they can look into your personal data.

Make sure that you can provide some more data from your banking transactions, if needed.
