Call recordings not transcribing or sending

I've had this issue and have tried many things and not found any clear answers. It will easily transcribe 3 calls and then not do the 4th. It also won't send the file to any other program. The only way I've gotten it to work is to close Notes and restart the phone - multiple times. Right now fingers crossed it started transcribing the call I need. Pray for me. It worked! Reboot everything 2 or 3 times....good luck out there. Resistance is futile.

Please see the pics below which are self-explanatory to save Call Recordings from the Notes App to the Files App (Pic 1) or Share them with many options (Pic 2).

Pic 1: - Notes App to the Files App, on any Cloud Drives (iCloud Drive, Google Drive, OneDrive, DropBox, Flickr, box, AmazonDrive, Adobe Creative Cloud etc) Then please log into them before you can access those files on Files App.

I’m having the same issue. It refuses to transcribe my calls. I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max running iOS 18.3.1.

Comment from the other guy was not helpful. Hopefully someone competent will drop us a line here instead of answering a question that was not asked.

Thanks for the update brother! I will file that away in my brain. Hopefully they will fix that in an upcoming update.

I'm at the point where I'm about to give up I am going to play my recording into my computer microphone and save it that way

It's not ideal and I'm hoping they can fix this issue
