Blue toggle Firewall status on MacBook Pro

toggle for “block all incoming connections” If toggle is showing blue is the firewall on or off? Inane question to be sure.

On my MacBook Pro is a list of items allowing or blocking connections. Can I delete all of them and start over?

If the toggle is slid to the right and is showing blue, then the firewall is on. Whether it will be OK to delete all the listings in the Options for the firewall settings I can't say with certainty since you may have something there that's critical for security. But you can probably remove them and if an app or service needs access through the firewall it should ask. For more info, see:
