I am experiencing an issue on my iPhone: when attempting to configure call forwarding in the menu "Settings" > "Phone" > "Call Forwarding," a loading spinner continuously appears, rendering the feature inaccessible.
I have already taken the following steps to resolve this problem:
- Disabling LTE:
- Navigated to "Settings" > "Cellular" > "Cellular Data Options" > "Voice & Data" and selected the "Off" option.
- Restarted the device afterward.
2 Activating Airplane Mode:
- Enabled Airplane Mode through the Control Center.
- Waited 30 seconds and then disabled it.
3 Restarting the iPhone:
- Performed the standard device restart procedure.
4 Resetting Network Settings:
- Went to "Settings" > "General" > "Transfer or Reset iPhone" > "Reset" > "Reset Network Settings."
5 Updating iOS and Carrier Settings:

6 Contacting the Carrier:
- Reached out to my carrier to confirm that the call forwarding service is active on my number and that there are no restrictions on their end.
