How do I set iPhone 16 Plus to unmute at a louder volume

When unmuting my phone with the side push button The volume is very low and I have to adjust the volume up every time I unmute.

Before the Iphone 16 my phone unmuted at the same volume I muted the phone. I don't have the volume limit enabled and the ringtone and alerts setting is maxed

Any suggestions?
