This is a user-to-user forum. Apple largely is not here, except to moderate it. I don't speak for Apple, but as far as I know, what you are asking for is not possible.
If you were using Find My on the stolen phone, you can mark the phone as Lost, and request a remote Erase. If the phone learns about your requests, it will carry them out. In the meantime, hopefully you had the phone locked with a passcode that the thieves did not know / observe and could not easily guess.
