Why can’t I verify my apple account?

I go into the App Store and try to download steam, then a prompt showes up that says I have to log into the App Store. Then I sign in and a new prompt appears that says “this apple account has not yet been used with this App Store”. I klick review the information and I write in all the information it asked me to write in but when I klick on continue it says that all my information is wrong, I know that all the information is correct but it won’t let me continue witch makes me unable to download any apps on my MacBook Air!

If someone can help me I would very much appreciate it and also a side note I’m very bad at computers so please talk to me like I’m an idiot!
