Received a suspicious message regarding my Apple Account

They said there was suspicious activity on my apple account and they were holding the charges until I call to verify. The charge was in CA. I have not charged anything and I don’t have an apple credit card

That’s a scam too. Banks don’t work that way. A bank stops the transaction and you have to call the number if you want the charge to go through. Do you see the difference?

Scammers want you to call them to stop the transaction. You call and they ask for all your information to stop the transaction. You give them the information and now they have what they need to actually commit fraud.

Never give out financial information over the phone.
