Dynamic Island not responding on iPhone

all of a sudden today the Dynamic Island of any apps won’t update and just stay like this?

ive tried soft resets, restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the apps.

in the first image it’s created a seperate black circle for the 2nd Dynamic Island but that is also black.

i rely on Dynamic Island quite a lot and it’s a massive inconvenience it isn’t working. Please could somebody help.
